Chemistry call
You describe where you are, and Eva explains how neuroscience-based coaching operates. The point is to see whether she can help you and whether there is genuine fit. Without the right chemistry between coach and coachee, the coaching is difficult and not recommended.
Onboarding call
Eva presents a customised coaching plan based on your chemistry call. Together you fine-tune it during the first half of this 60-minute session. During the second half, the coaching begins. This first live session gives you a real experience before you decide which package is right for your programme.

A little about me
Every high achiever I work with carries patterns that were built for good reasons. They worked. They got you here. At some point, the same patterns become the ceiling. The capability is intact. The interference is what is creating the gap.
I spent 25 years in one of the most regulated industries in the world, leading the capability development and upskilling of a project management team of over 1,500 professionals. I have lived the pressure I coach - including what it costs when something beneath the surface quietly works against you.
That experience, combined with neuroscience-based coaching certification through the NeuroLeadership Institute and Executive Coach certification through Symbiosis Coaching, is what Undistorted Leadership™ is built on.
I choose to work with a very small number of clients at any one time, so that their development receives the time and full attention it deserves. For some, that work naturally extends to their teams - because a leader's results do not stop at the individual.
