We offer Brain-based training by breaking training into smaller sessions over time, rather than cramming everything into a single session. We mix in practical applications and self-testing tasks between repetition sessions to foster deep learning. 

Spacing schedules include sessions that are repeated after 1, 3, 7 days, and then at increasing intervals to 14, 30, and 90 days. This “expanding rehearsal” schedule has been shown to significantly improve both retention and the ability to apply new skills.
