1.AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing www.dlom.co or using our services, you agree to these Terms of

Service. If you disagree, do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

D'lom Co. provides:

● Brain-based coaching and mentoring for Clinical Research professionals

● AI-enhanced project management training

● Consulting services for Clinical Research Project Management

● Digital resources and educational content

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be:

● At least 18 years old

● Capable of entering into legally binding agreements

4. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account:

● You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

● You are responsible for all activities under your account

● You must provide accurate, current information

● You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing:

● All prices are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise

● Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

● Applicable taxes will be added at checkout

Payment:

● Payment is due before service delivery unless otherwise agreed

● We accept Paypal, Bizum and bank transfers

● Invoices are sent via email

Refunds:

● Coaching sessions: No refund within 24 hours of scheduled session

● Packages: Refund requests within 14 days of purchase, minus any sessions

already delivered

● Digital products: No refunds once accessed/downloaded

● Cancellations: 48-hour notice required or session is forfeited

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our content:

● All website content, materials, resources, and methodologies are owned by

D'lom Co.

● You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without

written permission

● Brand name, logo, and trademarks are protected

Client materials:

● You retain ownership of materials you share with us

● You grant us license to use materials only for service delivery

● We may use anonymized case studies with your written consent

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

● Attend scheduled sessions on time

● Complete pre-session assignments if requested

● Provide accurate information

● Respect our time and expertise

● Not record sessions without permission

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

We maintain confidentiality of:

● All client information shared during sessions

● Proprietary business information

● Personal data (see Privacy Policy)

Exceptions: Legal obligations, risk of harm, or with your explicit consent

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

● We do not guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement

● Coaching is not therapy or medical advice

● Results depend on individual effort and circumstances

● We are not liable for decisions made based on our guidance

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

● Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

● We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

● We are not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions

11. TERMINATION

By you:

● Cancel services with 30 days' written notice

● No refund for unused portion of packages after 14 days

By us:

● We may terminate for non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate

conduct

● Refund of unused services at our discretion

12. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

● Our relationship is professional coach-client only

● We do not provide therapy, medical, or legal advice

● Seek appropriate professionals for matters outside our scope

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

(illness, natural disasters, technical failures, etc.)

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in Madrid

courts.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes

acceptance.
